guess what?! our wednesday 6am class is now a YOGA class!!

Beginning next week (September 23) our 6am OPEN GYM class will be replaced with a 6am YOGA class. 6pm will still be OPEN GYM. Yoga is FREE to all of our members. There is a $10 drop in fee for other guests. I’ll share more information about the instructor Brent Burnam soon, but for now, clear your schedules for a GREAT active recovery day!!
