this saturday (11|8) we will do a #slavestealer WOD practice for anyone who wants to give the workout a try before the throwdown! we will talk about how to prepare & make a strategy for game-day. it’s totally optional, but may be helpful. it will be at 9am – immediately after the regular 8am class. if you haven’t signed up yet, make it happen!!
