tester6am & 6pm. come in & make up what you missed monday or tuesday.

Every day this week we will be finding 1RM’s, doing benchmark WOD’s & other fun and exciting crossfit things (haha!) // Do your best to make it to class all 4 regular days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) so you have accurate maxes.

Wednesdays OPEN GYM will be an opportunity for you to make up what you need if you miss Monday or Tuesday. Saturday we will have an extra hour of OPEN GYM after the regular 8am WOD from 9:00-10:00am if you miss Thursday or Friday.
