THIS Saturday we will be hinking Timp! There will be a sign up sheet at the gym this week as well as everything you need to know about how to prepare, what to wear, pack, eat, etc. Remember, if you don’t want to do the whole thing, there are a few great places to turn around along the way. It will be fun. Don’t miss out!!

If you are hiking, here are a few training options for this week:

CrossFit Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. REST Wednesday & Friday.

If you’re not hiking, stick to your normal training schedule. All classes will be the same this week EXCEPT NO SATURDAY WOD!!
