back squat

deadlift

** for those who can’t make it to class tuesday, we will let you do the CF TOTAL wednesday night at the skills class. we really want everyone to have their 1RM in these lifts to refer to in your strength | skill work! additional skill work & wod will be offered wednesday for those who complete the CF TOTAL on tuesday.
