IF I AM NOT THERE, LEAVE IT IN THE FOLDER ON THE DESK WITH A NOTE STATING WHICH MEMBERSHIP YOU WOULD LIKE IE: MAKE NO CHANGES TO MY MEMBERSHIP, RENEW ME FOR A 12 MONTH CONTRACT AT THE CURRENT RATES, ETC.
